Wendy Dutch is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She has 20 years of experience teaching and managing group exercise classes including cycle, kickboxing and other specialty formats.
About Wendy
Wendy Dutch is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. She is a certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 instructor, Reflexive Performance Reset Level 1 and Level 2 instructor and TRX® Suspension Trainer. She worked as the head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the WNBA Houston Comets, assisted the conditioning staff of the NBA Houston Rockets, and has trained a variety of athletes ranging from beginners to Olympic medalists. She has 25 years of experience teaching and managing group exercise classes including cycle, kickboxing and other specialty formats. She has worked with both USA Figure Skating and USA Hockey as a S.T.A.R.S Combine Anchor (2017- current) and strength coach for Girls U16/U17 summer development camp (2021) respectively. Her dedication to sport started young as a nationally ranked competitive roller skater. She was also a member of the national champion University of Kentucky Cheerleading team, a San Antonio Spurs Silver Dancer, and a nationally ranked NPC fitness competitor. She has been featured in publications such as Flex, Southern Living, and the Houston Chronicle.
